The partnership between Feedvisor and Newxel began in 2018 when Feedvisor sought a team of senior data engineers proficient in Scala, a rare enough programming language. Newxel’s recruitment team simultaneously initiated the hiring process across multiple countries.
Victoria Padalko, Newxel’s recruitment team lead, sheds light on the search for these specialists:

Initially, Data Engineer, Java Developer, and QA Automation Engineer were the first to join the team. Over the six years of collaboration, the team’s maximum size reached 10 specialists.
By the end of 2023, 6 developers are engaged with Feedvisor using the IT Staff Augmentation model. Notably, this team stands out for its high level of trust among members. Twice per year, the team conducts feedback sessions where colleagues evaluate each other and share insights on strengths and areas for growth.
Such practices are part of Newxel’s people management service, while Feedvisor oversees all code matters. So Newxel cares about talent wellbeing and does it quite well considering that part of the Feedvisor team kept working from the very beginning.
Alongside Feedvisor, we adopted a strategy where the client selects the team lead first, who then takes direct responsibility for forming the team. In this approach, the team lead actively participates in all interviews and selects individuals based on their technical skills and shared values. This method significantly minimizes staff turnover.
