How it started…
Our collaboration began in 2018, after meeting the CTO and VP of Engineering in Israel to align on Anodot’s goals, tech stack, and hiring roadmap.
The initial requirement was one experienced DevOps engineer, the foundation for a future offshore development hub.
As product needs grew, Newxel rapidly expanded the team with highly-skilled DevOps, Backend, and Frontend engineers. Even during global pandemic challenges, the team grew by 43% in 2020, demonstrating strong stability and retention.
Challenge
It was the summer of 2018, Newxel team was visiting Israel to meet with clients and discuss a potential partnership. At that time we first met with the CTO and VP of Engineering at Anodot, defined the company needs, tech stack, and the number of developers that were required at the initial stage of creating the offshore R&D team.
Eventually, all details of the cooperation have been approved, and this is how the story of our long-term partnership began.
Anodot needed to increase engineering velocity while ensuring high expertise in AI-related infrastructure and development, full autonomy and accountability within the offshore team, reliable support for continuous product innovation, and efficient scaling without added operational overhead.
Any delay in addressing these needs risked slowing feature releases and platform evolution, which was unacceptable for a fast-growing AI company.
Solution
Newxel provided a full-cycle offshore development solution, ensuring technical quality, team cohesion, and operational efficiency. Newxel has built a strong engineering team of Team lead, DevOps, Data engineer deep expertise to help in creating and improving AI platform for data analysis.
From the very beginning, it was well-coordinated cooperation with the client who carefully selected candidates, conducted technical interviews, gave feedback on each candidate, and always collaborated, since we had a common goal — to create a cohesive Anodot team in Kyiv, find developers who are fully consistent with the requirements, have the appropriate knowledge and expertise.
We started the hiring process with only one DevOps and soon the team grew. We are very proud to have been collaborating with Anodot for so long and will continue to provide reliable services aimed to grow & maintain their R&D team in Ukraine.

What began with a single DevOps engineer quickly evolved into a full-stack engineering powerhouse that plays a central role in Anodot’s product evolution. The team has grown into a high-performance group of five engineers, achieving 43% growth during a challenging pandemic year while maintaining full autonomy in R&D execution from Ukraine.
Operating as a true extension of the core organization, the team takes end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives, from infrastructure and scalability to application development and optimization.
Beyond delivery, the offshore team actively drives continuous product improvement and innovation, contributing ideas that directly shape the roadmap. Their impact is reflected in multiple internal hackathon wins, where they consistently delivered high-quality, production-ready solutions under tight timelines.
