Responsibilities
- Design a pixel-perfect user-centred interface for our products, ensuring smooth navigation and intuitive flows
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that promotes consistency and efficiency and communicates it within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketing) to refine and implement designs
- Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centric solutions
- Create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes for testing and user feedback
- Conducted user research, analysed data, and translated insights into actionable design solutions
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX & UI product design with a portfolio demonstrating UI and UX design skills and showcasing your approach to solving complex problems
- Experience in B2C mobile applications
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools
- Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Team player, with previous experience working in a team
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be open-minded to other viewpoints
- Creative and strategic ability to solve design problems using innovative approaches
