We’re looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer to join an innovative engineering team in Warsaw and build next-generation AI solutions for sports media.
You’ll be an integral part of building the OTT channel platform — delivering frontend experiences that sports fans interact with daily while contributing to the APIs and services that power them.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver client-facing web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, integrated with a NestJS / Express backend
- Build and maintain features across the full stack — from channel frontend UIs and CMS admin tools to backend API endpoints and serverless functions
- Work with a custom video player (Video.js / hls.js) and streaming infrastructure to deliver seamless live and on-demand viewing experiences
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA, designers, and product managers to create engaging user experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with strong frontend skills
- Proficiency in React and Next.js; experience with state management (Redux Toolkit) and modern styling approaches (styled-components, MUI, Tailwind)
- Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript on the backend
- Familiarity with MongoDB (Mongoose) and RESTful API design
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and agile practices
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Testing Library)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong common sense and the ability to quickly understand priorities
- A proactive, learning-driven mindset — always looking to simplify, scale, and improve
Will be a plus
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront)
- Experience with video players (Video.js, hls.js) and streaming technologies
- Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation)
- Experience with NestJS or Fastify
