The Role

The brand’s visual narrative across campaigns, product demos, and social channels is yours to shape and animate. The technical and creative challenge lies in operating at the intersection of traditional motion design and production-ready AI workflows to scale output without sacrificing aesthetic quality. This role owns the execution of complex visual stories from raw storyboard to final render, directly influencing how the market perceives the product’s capabilities.

Technology Stack: The animation workflow is anchored in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for core motion design, video editing, and dynamic effects, supported by the broader Adobe Creative Suite. Figma is utilized for initial asset layouts, storyboarding, and cross-team collaboration. Rather than relying solely on legacy pipelines, the environment actively integrates modern AI-assisted creative tools to accelerate asset generation, testing, and workflow optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the motion design pipeline from conceptual storyboarding to final asset delivery for global brand campaigns and product launches
  • Design and animate high-fidelity product demos that translate complex technical features into clear visual narratives
  • Establish repeatable motion design systems and templated interaction patterns to scale social media and corporate video production
  • Architect the integration of generative AI tools into the traditional video editing and effects workflow to cut asset production cycles
  • Drive cross-functional creative reviews with marketers and product stakeholders to align visual outputs with core brand guidelines

What We Expect

Must-have

  • 3+ years of professional motion graphics experience backed by a portfolio or showreel demonstrating diverse styles and advanced animation techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong production experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep structural understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling principles
  • Proven ability to manage creative projects independently under tight production schedules
  • Fluent English with strong communication and design rationale presentation skills

Nice-to-have

  • Formal degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI creative tools within a commercial design workflow
