Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience in HR-related functions
  • Experience in creating and managing the full cycle of HR processes
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of IT culture and values
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High business orientation
  • Experience of work and customization of HRIS
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong people management, coaching and leadership skills;

Responsibilities

  • Creating and aligning Talent strategy with business objectives and needs
  • Leading the full cycle of the Talent management process
  • Together with the leadership team develop and implement Company EmployerBrand strategy to ensure recognition of the company as an inspiring place to work
  • Recruitment process management
  • Retention management reducing employee turnover
  • Leading the performance review process
  • Implementation of the goal-setting process
  • LnD program designing and implementation
  • Motivation and team building programs development
  • Work with key metrics for continuous process improvement
  • Designing recurring reports to management on a monthly basis
  • Leading and coaching leadership team on Talent Management issues
