We’re looking for a Technical Lead / Full-Stack Developer to shape the future of a cutting-edge mobile-first fintech and crypto platform. In this role, you’ll lead the development of scalable front-end and back-end solutions using Next.js, React Native, and Node.js, oversee integrations with fintech and crypto APIs, and mentor a growing development team.

Responsibilities
Technical Vision & Strategy
- Define and drive the overall technical roadmap and architecture
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and AI industry trends to enhance our platform continually
Full-Stack Development
- Lead the development of robust, scalable solutions across both frontend and backend systems using Next.js, React Native, and Node.js.
- Ensure seamless integration and performance, particularly within mobile applications
Mobile Application Focus
- Oversee and contribute to the development of mobile-first features
- Ensure mobile app performance, responsiveness, and a high-quality user experience
Integration Management
- Coordinate integration of third-party services, including fintech and crypto APIs
- Collaborate with external consultants and designers to deliver a cohesive product experience
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Quality & Security
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and robust data protection measures
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and oversee the successful delivery of milestones
- Work closely with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals
- Log management, debugging as needed
Blockchain related qualifications
- Knowledge in blockchain native related integrations and development
- Experience with Nodes, Mining, smart contracts, Web3/L1s/L2s, Bitcoin, the Lightning Network, Wallets (self custody and centralized/exchange/custodial) will be a plus
- Stays abreast of emerging blockchain/crypto technology and projects
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack mobile development
- Proven leadership experience in managing development teams and technical projects
- In-depth knowledge of Next.js and React Native
- Extensive experience in building and optimizing mobile/web applications with a mobile-first (native) approach (Swift & Kotlin)
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX best practices to deliver engaging user experiences on mobile platforms
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js and building scalable APIs
- Solid understanding of RESTful and/or GraphQL API design principles
- Prior experience integrating third-party services, ideally in fintech or crypto environments
- Strong grasp of secure coding practices and data protection
- Experience in implementing security measures in both frontend and backend systems
- English Upper-Intermediate+
