We’re looking for a strategic, people-centric and data-driven Talent Sourcing Team Lead to scale our sourcing excellence across global tech markets. You know how to combine research, systems, tools, and communication to build talent pipelines that deliver fast, smart, and with precision.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Build and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and hiring needs
- Adapt frameworks by role, region, level, and sourcing channel
- Monitor trends, donor companies, hiring shifts, and emerging technologies
Team Management
- Hire, onboard, and mentor the sourcing team
- Set goals, conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and run performance reviews
- Balance workload, set priorities, and organize team brainstorms
- Define career paths, drive growth, and maintain a culture of ownership
Operational Ownership & Communication
- Coordinate day-to-day sourcing efforts across multiple projects
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and high-quality candidate communication
Research and Analytical Activities
- In-depth analysis of clients, their products, competitors, and donor companies.
- Talent Mapping: tech stack, compensation benchmarks, target regions, and role complexity.
- Development of sourcing strategy, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and response rate tracking.
- Process automation, integration of AI assistants, reporting, and dashboard creation.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in tech sourcing or IT recruitment, including 2+ years in a team lead role
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, tech stacks, domains, salary benchmarks, and global hiring trends
- Proven success in building and scaling sourcing strategies, along with implementing process automation
- Experience working with ATS systems (Ashby, Zoho, Lever);
- Skilled in project rewrites, JD writing and posting (DOU, Djinni, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Confident in advanced sourcing techniques and tools: Boolean/X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Alumni Search, PeopleGPT
- Experience with sourcing automation (Reply.io, Lemlist, Snov.io, Octopus) and data scraping tools (SalesQL, ContactOut, Phantombuster)
- Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring and onboarding sourcing specialists, and creating training materials
- Analytical mindset: confident working with funnel metrics, dashboards, and performance data
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
