As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Newxel, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier IT professionals to join our customer’s growing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with diverse skill sets and experiences.

Requirements
- 6+ months of proven experience in Talent Sourcing preferably within the IT or technology sector
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements
- Expertise in Boolean and x-Ray search
- Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, DOU, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional network
- At least Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sourcing Leader to understand specific skill requirements and project objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and potential candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand and create compelling content for talent attraction
- Actively seek feedback and stay informed about emerging best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing
- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline the sourcing process for increased efficiency and effectiveness
