Responsibilities
- Technical, professional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned team in the areas of systems engineering and projects for industrial customers
- Responsible support for industrial customer projects
- Primary contact person for the customer and control of queries and tasks at LION Smart and suppliers, as well as active participation in the development of proposed solutions for the customer
- Control, monitoring and approval for all activities relating to product safety, electrical safety and functional safety concerning the scope of delivery in the application
- Control, monitor and release for all activities regarding mechanical integration, electrical integration, thermal integration and integration regarding communication concerning the scopes delivered in the application
- Final release of the specified solution in the application
- Further development of the internal process landscape of the industrial customer segment
Requirements
- Completed technical studies (computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a manager in the battery industry in controlling and leading smaller teams
- Several years of development experience in the area of vehicle and battery development
- Strong analytical and conceptual project management skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in employee management, including the corresponding soft skills
- Commitment, creativity and assertiveness
- Strong awareness of costs, deadlines and quality
- Teamwork and persuasiveness
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
