Customer Support Engineer

Requirements

  • 0,5 +years of experience as a Support engineer or 
  • Good technical problem-solving skills
  • Languages: English Proficiency Skills, and confident in communicating in both written and spoken form
  • Experience handling inbound technical support contact

Will be a plus

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
  • Unreal Engine / Blueprints knowledge
  • Experience using REST / JSON API
  • Experience in JavaScript

Responsibilities

  • Support high-quality systems
  • Troubleshoot and configure systems in production in an efficient and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers about their technical issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Analyze web service APIs to support simple interfaces between systems
  • Be involved in lab tests for new software development
  • Responsible for analyzing and finding solutions to technical support issues
  • Customers log technical support issues in our support portal or by phone
  • The Support Engineer picks up these issues and works with the customer to find a solution to the technical issues
