We are looking for a Software Engineer with React.js, Ruby on Rails and Node.js knowledge to join our partner’s dynamic RnD team at the new office in Warsaw. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new infrastructure-related features and directly influence our product’s future, from UI to database. You will work closely with Product and Design teams, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Ruby on Rails and Node.js for back-end services
- Experience with React and Redux for front-end development
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS) and databases (MySQL, Redis or similar)
- Strong technical skills with a passion for developing features end-to-end, both client-side and server-side
- Experience building a web application from scratch
- A in-depth understanding of product development and a passion for creating software that provides an excellent user experience
- Strive for excellence, biased for action, and a collaborative mindset with team members
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to take full responsibility and ownership of features from conception to post-deployment.
- Design and implement features end-to-end, including database and UI components.
- Focus on achieving customer satisfaction while considering scalability, performance, and user experience (UX).
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver high-quality software.
