We are seeking an experienced Software Developer / Scrum Master to join a high-performing team with great collaboration and spirit.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions as well as serving as a facilitator and servant leader for an agile development team.

Requirements

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using programming languages such as C#
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of the software
  • Follow best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in software development

Scrum Master

  • Act as a servant leader and facilitator for the agile development team
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Remove any obstacles or roadblocks that hinder the team’s progress and productivity
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages open communication, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Track and report on team progress, velocity, and key metrics
  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value
  • Continuously assess and improve the team’s Agile processes and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong experience in software development with expertise in programming languages, particularly C#
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically with HIL-testing of embedded software using CANoe
  • Prior experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment
  • Excellent understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies
  • Ability to guide and motivate teams through challenges and intense periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and team dynamics
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, coding standards, and version control systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with technology trends and advancements

Will be a plus

  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
