Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Discord
- Build and engage a vibrant trading community through creative content and meaningful interactions
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone
- Manage the content calendar for social and community channels
- Actively respond to comments, messages, and discussions to foster engagement
- Launch community initiatives like events, campaigns, and giveaways
- Track performance metrics, analyse engagement data, and optimize strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and community trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social media and/or online communities, ideally in trading, crypto, fintech, or a high-growth startup
- In-depth understanding of social media best practices, especially on Discord, X/Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Proven track record of running engagement campaigns and growing communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
- Familiarity with trading platforms, proprietary trading firms, or hands-on trading experience will be a plus
