As an SMM at Newxel, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with potential clients through strategic social media marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on building and managing our B2B social media strategy, with the goal of increasing audience engagement, driving website traffic, and ultimately, generating revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media marketing strategy to achieve company objectives
- Drive audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue through effective utilization of the social media marketing roadmap
- Strategically optimize the Newxel LinkedIn page to enhance visibility and promote our services
- Create and curate compelling content tailored to the LinkedIn platform to attract potential clients
- Manage the social networks of key employees to amplify our brand presence and industry influence
- Ensure the company’s information is up-to-date and accurately represented across directories such as Clutch, Goodfirms, Crunchbase, and Owler
Your challenges (KPIs)
- Increase LinkedIn followers to 4,000 by the end of August 2024
- Achieve a minimum of 20 reactions on every social media post
- Update company information in 35 directories by the end of August 2024
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Excellent English writing and communication skills (B2 level)
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn as a social media platform
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including building marketing funnels and lead generation
- Ability to identify and incorporate emerging social media trends into content
- Soft skills: Responsibility, proactivity, and creativity
Will be a plus
- Excellent if you also have experience with Clutch and Medium.
- Background in Marketing in the IT industry.
