We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Web Designer to shape the digital presence of an innovative trading platform. You’ll be responsible for designing clean, high-performing web experiences, developing marketing visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels. Responsibilities
- Design and maintain web assets including landing pages, product features, and educational content
- Create visuals for marketing campaigns — social media graphics, ad banners (static and animated), email creatives, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align visuals with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Contribute creative concepts and design improvements to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement
- Maintain and evolve the digital design system, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms
- Stay current with trends in web design, UX/UI, AI tools, and performance optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Web Design with a portfolio of high-conversion pages and performance-driven assets
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and marketing-oriented design
- Experience working closely with developers and marketers in cross-functional teams
- Strong self-management and ownership of projects
