Senior Sales Manager (B2B)

We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales team at Newxel. This role is designed to support and offload the Head of Sales, taking full ownership of the sales cycle – from lead qualification and intro calls to deal negotiation, commercial proposal preparation, and successful closure (first vacancy filled).

The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT outstaffing, a consultative B2B sales mindset, and is ready to work autonomously with international clients (US/EU) in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

We’re specifically looking for a strategic thinker with a structured, systems-oriented approach to sales, who can take ownership of process development and consistently drive improvements across the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle: from inbound/outbound qualified lead processing to closing
  • Conduct intro calls, identify client needs, qualify opportunities, and build solution-fit proposals
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each opportunity, based on deep discovery and analytical insight
  • Design and iterate on sales processes and artifacts at each sales stage (intro decks, qualification templates, proposal frameworks, etc.)
  • Apply project management principles to sales operations, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination are managed effectively
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations together with recruitment, legal, and finance teams
  • Handle negotiation processes and work with internal teams to align on expectations, pricing, delivery timelines, and legal nuances
  • Lead the client through the process up to the first successful hire, ensuring seamless communication and delivery coordination
  • Represent Newxel’s brand and service offering with professionalism, clarity, and trust-building confidence
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and sales activity tracking in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, legal, and leadership to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery
  • Bring insights and feedback from the market to inform service improvements and GTM strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 3+ years specifically in IT outstaffing/outsourcing services
  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B service deals, ideally involving hiring models or long-term partnerships (2+ mln/year per deal)
  • Strong communicator with deep analytical thinking — able to process complex input, draw insights, and translate into strategy or decision-making
  • Systematic and structured mindset, with the ability to build scalable frameworks across processes and communication
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to navigate multiple stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, Engineering Managers, Founders)
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative and client-centric approach to sales
  • High degree of independence and accountability; able to manage the full sales process without micromanagement
  • Fluent English (C1+), both verbal and written
