Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Sales Development Representative to design a scalable Account‑Based Outreach framework and deliver a consistent pipeline of high‑quality meetings. You will be responsible for implementing the system from scratch by transitioning us from mass outreach to targeted campaigns against Ideal Customer Profiles.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in outbound prospecting, data‑driven optimization with an ability to engage potential clients effectively and contribute to our sales pipeline’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a full-scale Account-Based Outreach strategy focused on high-value, ICP-qualified targets
  • Build outreach workflows and playbooks, including multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, voice), cadences, CRM processes, and lead routing
  • Segment and prioritize target markets and account lists based on ICP and TAM analysis
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns and book qualified meetings for Sales Managers/Head of Sales
  • Continuously A/B test messaging, outreach frameworks, and engagement tactics
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align on content, messaging, and outbound enablement
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics (reply rate, booking rate, meeting-to-opportunity rate)
  • After achieving strategic traction, hire and lead a growing SDR team to scale the outbound engine

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SDR or Outbound Sales roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership or strategic capacity
  • Proven track record in Account-Based Selling or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, preferably in SaaS or Tech Services domains targeting EU/US/UK/Israel markets
  • Hands-on experience with outbound channels: cold email, LinkedIn, phone outreach
  • Solid knowledge of CRM tools and automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve outreach performance
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and verbal

Will be a plus

  • Experience launching or scaling outbound SDR teams from scratch
  • Prior background in building outreach programs for R&D / engineering / tech service companies
  • Familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, PhantomBuster, Reply.io, or Waalaxy
  • Understanding of cold outreach legal compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Participation in strategic sales planning or go-to-market initiatives
  • Exposure to working closely with C-level executives or high-ticket B2B sales environments
