Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting expertise
- Experience with tech position
- Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Upper — Intermediate English or higher
- Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
- High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling
- Experience in working with an international organization with competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Build a diverse pool of candidates through proactive market research, candidate relationship management, active search methods, and employee referrals
- Vet candidates thoroughly and recommend effective interviewing teams to expedite the selection process
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Prioritize candidate experience, maintaining timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment cycle
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and effectively manage expectations for successful hiring outcomes
