Newxel is expanding its recruitment capabilities and creating a specialized New Business Recruitment Department. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to be a part of the department and drive the company’s goals. Relevant experience with pre-sale activities in outsourcing or consulting is essential for this role. As the Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in onboarding new clients and developing efficient talent acquisition processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting expertise (out-staff/agency/outsource)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies, with proven expertise in technical recruitment
- Knowledge of technologies and market trends in Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and etc.
- Experience in pre-sale activities
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
- High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling
- Experience in working with an international organization with competing priorities
- Fluent or native-level English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Recruitment Lead to prioritize urgent roles and adjust sourcing plans accordingly
- Support pre-sale calls by providing relevant talent pool information
- Assist in preparing market insights, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability reports
- Align sourcing strategy with client acquisition goals
- Work closely with Talent Sourcer’s team
- Quickly identify and present suitable candidates to increase chances of closing the first vacancy
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to placement
- Adjust strategies based on specific markets (e.g., Poland vs. Romania)
- Stay updated on talent availability and salary trends in key hiring locations
