Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will join our R&D team and take part in developing our life-saving Real-Time communication platform that supports national emergency services all over the world. As a QA Engineer, you will test platforms like Mobile (iOS and Android), Command & Control systems, Real-time communication network protocols, and various Web & desktop applications.

You will have a huge impact on the products, making a contribution that will go far beyond coding, as your work will have a direct impact on 911 emergency communications as we all know them today.


  • 4+ years of experience in manual testing
  • Work experience in companies with complex system infrastructure
  • Knowledge of STP, STD, and STR document creation
  • Understanding of QA methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL usage
  • Familiarity with Client-Server topology
  • Experience in working with debugging tools
  • Curiosity and attention to details
  • Excellent team player on one hand and a self-motivator on the other
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with a US timezone team

Will be a plus

  • Knowledge of mobile paradigms and technologies (iOS and Android)
  • White Box testing experience
  • Knowledge of network protocols


  • Test mobile apps (iOS/Android), Command & Control systems, RTC network protocols, and web/desktop applications
  • Design and execute test plans and cases
  • Ensure clear and accurate test case documentation
  • Identify, report, and track bugs using debugging tools
  • Work closely with the developers and product managers and will be involved in the life cycle of mobile app and other platforms development
