As a Senior Project manager (Automotive, Digital Services), you will be responsible for delivery and for successfully launching a portfolio of digital products for the first generation of luxurious cars in Europe.
You will be working tightly with the teams, management, and stakeholders making sure the delivery expectations are clear and met. You will also manage communication and relationship with stakeholders in China and the vehicle projects.
Responsibilities
- Create/maintain and implement project plan and execution
- Set clear expectations to the product owners for the project delivery
- Follow up and present the status for both internal and external stakeholders as well as management reporting
- Responsible for Project meetings
- Give a clear assessment of the project status
- Follow up and be accountable for the budget status
- Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers, securing resource allocation
- Mitigate and raise blockers, risks, and issues
Requirements
Hard skills:
- Extensive experience working with SW projects as a project leader
- Experience in agile way of working and waterfall projects
- Experience in structuring processes, information, and organizations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiar with tools such as Jira & Confluences, Teams, etc
- Experience working with Apps and Cloud is rewarded
- Experience within the automotive industry is rewarded
Soft skills:
- Ability to drive, take initiative, and be accountable
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- The Mandarin language is rewarded
