We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team, focused on advancing decision-making technologies for the asset management industry. You will play a key role in architecting, evolving, and scaling our cutting-edge web applications, collaborating closely with leadership, designers, and engineers across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with a focus on React applications.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and building maintainable, scalable codebases.
- Solid experience with Next.js, including Server Components, server-side rendering strategies, and caching layers.
- Proven success in designing and maintaining large-scale, secure, enterprise-grade frontend systems.
- Familiarity with micro-frontends and modular frontend architectures.
- Strong experience with frontend testing (E2E testing with Playwright/Cypress, integration, and unit testing).
- Proficiency in consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- AWS experience, particularly with Lambda and RDS services.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging skills, and creativity in handling complex data flows.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset, team spirit, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

- Experience with complex data visualizations (D3.js, WebGL).
- Proficiency with React Table and handling large, virtualized data grids.
- Prior experience in startups or fast-growing tech environments.
- Contributions to open-source projects and active participation in the developer community.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop the frontend of our platforms using React, Next.js, Turborepo, TypeScript, D3.js, and TailwindCSS.
- Lead feature development end-to-end — from design and scoping to production deployment.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize existing code for enhanced functionality, performance, and robustness.
- Champion best practices for code reviews, testing (unit, integration, E2E), and maintainability.
- Collaborate with leadership, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the React and JavaScript ecosystem, promoting adoption of new tools and practices.
