We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our partner HiBob — a fast-growing global HR Tech SaaS company. As part of the engineering team, you’ll play a key role in developing unique product features and crafting a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with the Product team, own the full development cycle, and contribute to a platform that’s reshaping how modern companies engage and retain talent.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES2015+), and TypeScript
- Solid experience with React (must) — experience with Angular or Vue is a plus
- In-depth understanding of web architecture and scalable frontend design
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, TDD, mocking, etc.)
- Fast learner, independent, and excited to work with new technologies
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to product quality and team success
Will be a plus
- Experience with Angular 2+
- Background in building SaaS products and scalable web platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance core features of the HiBob platform with a strong focus on user experience
- Build and maintain modern, scalable web interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement new features
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, TDD, and participation in code reviews
- Own the full development lifecycle — from technical design to deployment and monitoring
- Work in a microservices-based architecture with a continuous delivery setup, deploying to production frequently
- Drive innovation, contribute to frontend best practices, and advocate for performance and accessibility
