We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to bring expertise, vision, and passion to our talented R&D team. In this role, you’ll design, automate, and scale cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring our platform performs at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Play a major part in the company’s cloud infrastructure design and implementation
- Work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems
- Help automate and streamline our operations and processes
- Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in DevOps engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex cloud-native infrastructure for SaaS platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
- Multilingual programming proficiency with advanced expertise in Python, JS or JAVA, demonstrating ability to work across diverse technology stacks
- Expert-level experience in designing, implementing, and managing Kubernetes-based microservices architectures in enterprise-grade production environments
- Advanced scripting and infrastructure-as-code capabilities, with demonstrated expertise in creating robust, scalable automation solutions
- Deep Linux systems expertise, including advanced system administration, performance tuning, and security hardening
- Comprehensive database management experience (including vector databases)
- Advanced CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using multiple tools, including GitHub Actions, Jenkins and ArgoCD for GitOps-based continuous delivery
- Proven expertise in infrastructure configuration management using Terraform and Crossplane
- Advanced containerization and orchestration skills, with deep Kubernetes (K8s) expertise, including complex deployment strategies
- Network architecture and security expertise, including software-defined networking, API design, and microservices communication patterns
- Strong background in observability, monitoring, and incident response using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Ground Cover
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent English both verbal & written
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrable history of innovative solutions to complex infrastructure challenges
- Experience in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems with a focus on reliability and minimal downtime
