We’re looking for a Data Engineer with strong skills in Data Engineering and Backend Development to work on innovative diagnostic solutions. You’ll design and optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, and create seamless data flows from client devices to a central warehouse for medical devices.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and architectures for clinical research and AI model training
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity, continuously monitoring and optimizing pipelines
- Create a seamless data flow from project endpoint devices and other sources to the main data warehouse
- Work with task managers, orchestration tools, and cloud-based infrastructure, with strong experience in the GCP ecosystem
- Develop and maintain data APIs for efficient integration with research platforms and machine learning pipelines
- Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies to support high-performance analytics and AI model training
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced Python programming skills.
- Strong knowledge of Linux with proficiency in command-line operations
- Advanced SQL experience (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/data pipeline technologies.
- Strong experience with cloud-based data management (GCP preferred).
- Proven experience working on production-grade projects.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Git-based workflow management, monitoring, and cloud security best practices.
Will be a plus
- Experience with time-series or sensor data processing
- Familiarity with data lake architectures and distributed data processing (e.g., Spark, BigQuery)
- Experience in ML Ops or deploying machine learning pipelines in production
- Medical device or regulated industry experience
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and scalability
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation
