Senior Business Process Manager

To support this growth, we’re expanding our Project Management Office and looking for a skilled Senior Business Process Manager to lead the optimization of our internal operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with top management, audit and improve core business processes, and implement best-in-class tools and practices across Tech Recruitment, HR, and Sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Manager or Business Analyst
  • Practical experience with Monday.com, Jira, Confluence (automation, integration, customization)
  • In-depth understanding of processes within Tech Recruitment (recruitment, talent management), HR (Onboarding, Performance Management, C&B), and Sales (Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Opportunity Management, Closing)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), ATS (Ashby, Zoho Recruit), and HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob)
  • Hands-on experience with integration and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Workato
  • Proficiency in REST API, SQL, XML, JSON, Postman
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Agile environment experience (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to various teams and management levels

Will be a plus

  • BPM, Six Sigma, CBAP, BABOK certifications
  • Experience in tech companies or startups
  • Proven track record in managing change and large-scale business process transformations

Responsibilities

  • Audit, analyse, and document existing business processes (HR Tech, HR, Sales)
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process optimization and automation initiatives
  • Gather and manage business requirements through user interviews, preparing BRDs, User Stories, and Use Cases
  • Implement and configure project and task management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence
  • Organize and set up integrations with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), ATS systems (Ashby, Zoho Recruit), and HRIS systems (PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob)
  • Introduce and manage workflow automation platforms: Zapier, Make (Integromat), Microsoft Power Automate, Workato
  • Utilize process modelling tools (BPMN, UML, IDEF0) and visualization software (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio)
  • Develop and monitor process effectiveness KPIs and metrics
  • Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transformation processes within the company
