Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business process automation as a Business Process Automation Specialist
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Workato platforms
  • Proficiency in integrations using REST API, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and Postman
  • Skilled in using BPMN, UML, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio for process modelling and visualization
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), ATS (Ashby, Zoho Recruit), and HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob)
  • Practical experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Confluence)
  • Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • ​Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)

Will be a plus

  • Certifications and training in process automation and integrations (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Workato certifications)
  • Experience in technology or fast-growing companies
  • Understanding of Change Management principles

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions using low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Workato)
  • Create and visualize automated processes using BPMN, UML, and visualization tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio
  • Manage integrations (REST API, Webhooks, JSON, XML)
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements (BRD, User Stories) by conducting interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analyse and test business hypotheses to select optimal automation solutions
  • Provide consulting and training for users on automated solutions
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes
  • Participate in governance activities of automated processes, ensuring their effectiveness
  • Coordinate cross-departmental interactions (Tech Recruitment, Sales, Finance, IT)
