We are now looking for a talented, hard-working, and ambitious Business Development Manager who would join our Ops Team. The successful candidate will have exceptional opportunities for professional growth in supporting a large-scale international IT business.


  •  5+ of experience and proven track records in sales working
  • Perfect Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in the global team
  • Must be organized with great time management to manage multiple customer relationships
  • Business acumen, having knowledge of various areas of business
  • Fluent English,  German (plus)

Will be a plus

  • IT industry experience and connections across the DACH market


  • Interaction with customers to maintain business relationships + close deals
  • Sales volume and revenue targets to meet objectives
  • Cooperation with the sales team (lead gen, pre-sales, marketing)
  • Effectively build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects, and opportunities

Role information

  • Fully-fledged enterprise level-sales role, growing out the key market territories
  • Very autonomous position – home-based and responsible for running your own diary which represents an opportunity to make this role your own
  • Targeting CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Development/Engineering
