Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in backend development
- Solid Java/Kotlin skills & good experience with functional programming
- Curious engineering mindset with a passion for learning new frameworks, libraries, tools and architecture patterns
- Well versed in git-flow, able to review pull requests and create their own
- Experience with Microservices and RESTFUL service design
- Solid understanding of CI/CD platforms, databases, containers, performance testing
- Great communication skills in English
Will be a plus
- Experience with Kotlin, Git, SQL, Event Streaming, Docker/Kubernetes
- Familiarity with BDD principles
- Experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform
Responsibilities
- Own the development cycle from technical design to deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with the Product team on innovative features
- Work in a continuous delivery environment with automated QA processes
- Contribute to payroll integrations, engaging with business aspects and customer use cases
