Sales Manager (B2B) – Ukraine

We are looking for a Sales Manager (B2B) with strategic vision and an in-depth understanding of modern technology trends. The ideal candidate will possess a keen business intuition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our services meet the evolving needs of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on market trends and internal business intuition
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic directions for sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Engage in client meetings and calls, showcasing our services and identifying how we can solve their business challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and business, ensuring that our services align with market demands
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the tech or IT sector
  • Strong strategic thinking and business intuition to identify sales opportunities
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends and their impact on modern businesses
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Empathy in understanding client needs and providing solutions
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in our Kyiv office or in a hybrid format
  • Project management experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinating across teams and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for communication, research, and enhancing productivity
