Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on market trends and internal business intuition
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic directions for sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Engage in client meetings and calls, showcasing our services and identifying how we can solve their business challenges
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and business, ensuring that our services align with market demands
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the tech or IT sector
- Strong strategic thinking and business intuition to identify sales opportunities
- Excellent understanding of technology trends and their impact on modern businesses
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Empathy in understanding client needs and providing solutions
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work in our Kyiv office or in a hybrid format
- Project management experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinating across teams and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for communication, research, and enhancing productivity
