Sales Manager – Israeli Market

We are now looking for a professional and skilled Sales Manager in Israel who would ensure strong alignment across sales by working cross-functionally with other departments within the company.

You will be responsible for all sales-related activities for the company in the Israeli market. This role involves implementing, assessing, and reporting on sales strategies aimed at increasing the number of clients and vacancies from clients at the beginning of cooperation with Newxel, thereby boosting income and enabling the company to grow and scale.

Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Israeli market through research and networking
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling and emailing
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Israeli market
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Relationship Management and Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems
  • Experience with Israeli market
