We are now looking for a professional and skilled Senior Sales Development Representative who would join our OpsTeam to identify and qualify potential customers, and outreach leads using a personalized approach and setting up initial sales opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach to target companies and individuals to generate Sales Qualified Leads through automated Leadgen
- Daily Upload the list of valid leads to Lemlist and HubSpot
- Qualification: Engage with outbound/inbound leads through emails, LinkedIn and other communication channels to assess their needs, budget, and buying potential. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our services
- Build/Manage multichannel sequences per each Segment/Country/Role
- Run and control metrics of automated outreach Campaigns
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate initial sales appointments, demos, or meetings between qualified leads and our sales team. Ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively to both parties
- Manage The list of Objection Handling
- Work with answers to convert conversations to the Discovery meeting for Sales (make SQL)
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with leads through regular communication
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide support throughout the sales process. Share insights about leads, provide background information, and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage lead data, activities, and status in CRM systems. Keep the pipeline updated with the latest information to provide accurate forecasts and reports to sales management
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Continuously develop and enhance your skills to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in a similar SDR role is a must
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems is a must
- Experience with Israeli market
- MUST KNOW – Lemlist, Reply, HubSpot or relevant tools
- Excellent Communication: Strong written communication skills are essential. Ability to articulate value propositions, engage prospects, and build rapport over various communication channels. Fluent in English and/or Hebrew.
- Persuasive and Influential: Ability to effectively communicate and persuade potential customers about the benefits of our services. Confidence in presenting information and overcoming objections
- Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and meet or exceed performance metrics
- Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and follow up promptly. Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline management
