You will join a group of teams that includes 2 QA and 1 Support team and will ensure the seamless deployment of services and client releases for two of our flagship product lines. As a Release Manager, you’ll manage the complete software delivery lifecycle, optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, and leading deployments into production.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a release engineer or equivalent role (quality engineer, project management experience)
- Experience with web and mobile applications, hands-on release cycle work
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with applications such as Jira and SmartSheet (or other project management apps)
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
Will be a plus
- Familiar with CI/CD processes, automation and DevOps related tools (GitHub or similar)
- Experience with TestFlight, Firebase, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash scripts, etc) and automation tools.
- Experience with Apple App Store and Google Play Android app release processes, and APIs for automation.
- Experience in the fintech industry
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Release Management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating between teams, and deploying releases on time and with high quality
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality releases
- Enhance and define release management tools to improve tracking and status updates
- Collaborate with program and product management to establish and maintain a release schedule
- Compile and share clear and accessible release notes and change-lists
- Track, report, and communicate changes effectively
- Conduct post-deployment analysis and report established metrics
- Assist with hands-on regression testing and coordinate with third-party testing vendors
- Approve client releases from a quality perspective
- Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD processes and automation tools
