Join our partner’s dynamic team as a QA Manager and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing accounting! We’re on the lookout for an experienced QA professional with 3–5 years of expertise in managing QA teams, covering both manual and automation testing.

As a QA Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and enhancing QA processes to ensure the highest standards of quality for the cutting-edge SaaS products.   • Manage and lead a QA team, overseeing both manual and automated testing efforts
  • Develop and implement effective QA processes from inception, as well as enhance and optimize existing processes to meet evolving industry standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes throughout the product lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of QA practices
  • Foster a culture of quality and innovation within the QA team, promoting best practices and staying abreast of industry advancements
  • Conduct thorough analysis of product requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the SaaS domain, integrating relevant advancements into the QA framework


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.3-5 years of proven experience in managing QA teams, encompassing both manual and automation testing
  • Demonstrated ability to build QA processes from the ground up, coupled with the capability to modify and enhance existing processes
  • Extensive experience in SaaS product teams, with an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges and requirements in this domain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues proactively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
