Responsibilities
- Daily management of the Scrum team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices
- Collaborate closely with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and streamline project execution
- Build and implement data-oriented management processes, utilizing metrics and KPIs to drive informed decision-making
- Lead release and sprint planning sessions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Conduct retrospectives to evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the Scrum team
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in SaaS product development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in managing SaaS product teams, with a focus on project and Scrum management.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a demonstrated ability to apply these principles in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in building and implementing data-oriented management processes, leveraging metrics and KPIs.
- Strong facilitation skills for release/sprint planning sessions and retrospectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
