We seek a Product Development/Project Manager Lead to run projects or subprojects with high complexity and/or several related projects for a major delivery according to the agreed scope, budget, time plan, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a defined set of deliveries within our large external strategic partnership, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery
- Plan and manage Product Development projects with limited complexity, coordinating efforts across multiple organizations or handling complex subprojects within organization
- Ensure projects are executed according to the agreed scope, budget, time plan, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders, to align project objectives and ensure smooth project progression.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing transparency and promoting effective decision-making
Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management, specifically in leading Product Development projects with a track record of successful delivery
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to apply them in complex project environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage projects with limited complexity, handling multiple deliverables, resources, and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues in a proactive and timely manner
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering results within defined timelines and budgets
