We are seeking an experienced and creative Product designer passionate about solving complex problems and creating smart, beautiful and polished products to join our partner’s team.
In this position, you will turn software into easy-to-use products for customers, design graphic elements and build navigation components.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative user experience for our products and complement it with an intuitive cohesive look & feel (UI)
- Guide the development and product team to pixel-perfect execute your designs
- Stay updated on the latest developments, trends and thinking within Digital Design
- Continuously validate and improve your design against actual usage data, A\B tests, Usability testing
- Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in designing customer-facing digital products with mobile apps
- Experience in designing mobile apps from scratch will be a big plus
- Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
- Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behaviour, conversion, simplicity and usability
- Experience in CJM designing, interviewing potential users, and building hypotheses
- Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details
- Strong typography knowledge and design layout principles
- Understanding of JTBD
- Data visualization skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Self-learning individual with conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Figma, Adobe Creative Suit, Jira
