Process Manager – Time Tracking System

We are seeking a Process Manager to lead process deliverables for a time-tracking system implementation in Germany.
You will collaborate with a Project Manager, Test Lead, Payroll and HR SMEs, and coordinate with the Vendor managing the time solution. our focus will be on driving timely project milestones, process improvements, and automation to boost compliance, efficiency, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring process deliverables and ensuring timely completion of project.
  • Performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes.
  • Designing of processes, ensuring the global standards and procedures are being followed and that solutions meet business needs and legal requirements.
  • Performing a comprehensive analysis of existing time tracking processes against benchmark of global standards, ad hoc analysis (change impact assessment of processes, fit gap).
  • Serving as the liaison to the Work Council and preparing system description and process description to obtain their approval.
  • Identifying of out of scope services and re-defining of time processes
  • Performing some user acceptance testing if required.
  • Post MTP support to local Payroll Team during hypercare period.
  • Identifying and implementing of process improvements, driving automation of end-to-end processes to improve metrics.
  • Improving compliance and control

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum 4 years of experience as a process/project manager or business analyst role
  • Experience with Replicon, Kronos, Workday Time Tracking or SAP Payroll Time applications is preferred
  • Experience with time implementation in Germany or Austria would be an asset
  • Excellent project management and leadership
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, being able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Superior oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and management
  • Ability to identify and enact continuous improvement objectives
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong initiative and independence
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual international environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Fluent English
