Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Newxel’s CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive personal brand strategy that aligns with his vision and Newxel’s mission
- Craft compelling thought leadership content that showcases CEO’s expertise, values, and industry insights, amplifying his influence
- Establish and nurture relationships with key media contacts, securing relevant media coverage and managing media engagements for Newxel’s CEO
- Leverage social media platforms to enhance our CEO’s brand, engaging with the audience and driving meaningful interactions
- Ensure alignment of our CEO’s brand with Newxel’s brand messaging and values, driving seamless integration and promotion
- Stay abreast of industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our CEO’s personal brand and industry influence
- Develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of our CEO’s brand-building initiatives
Day of Work Life
- As a Personal Brand Manager, your day will be dynamic and diverse
- You’ll start by collaborating with our CEO to align on messaging
- You’ll craft thought-provoking content, engage with media contacts, and manage media opportunities
- You’ll leverage social media platforms to connect with the audience, foster interactions, and amplify our CEO’s influence
- Throughout the day, you’ll monitor industry trends, identifying opportunities for brand enhancement
- You’ll also collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, ensuring alignment between our CEO’s brand and Newxel’s promotion
Requirements
- You are a highly skilled Personal Brand Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Your expertise lies in personal brand development, reputation management, thought leadership, media relations, and social media management
- Your excellent communication skills allow you to craft compelling narratives and effectively convey messages to diverse audiences
- With a strong network of media contacts and industry influencers, you know how to create impactful collaborations
- You possess a strategic mindset backed by analytical skills, enabling you to develop and execute effective personal brand strategies
- In a fast-paced environment, you thrive by managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism are second nature to you, as you understand the importance of handling sensitive information
Will be a plus
- Experience in working with C-level Managers within IT
- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing investor relationships
- Expertise in crisis communication
