Our client is a global and innovative car manufacturer in Sweden that seeks a person who combines software development, data science, and analytics while applying those skills within the People & Culture (HR) domain.

You will be part of the Client’s People & Culture analytics team, and your main scope will be to improve predictive analytics and leverage advanced data analysis to create innovative approaches related to workforce planning, compensation, and employee insights.

Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with HR and Business Leaders to identify the organization’s elements of business problems and co-create solutions to address the opportunity
  • Analysis and visualizations combining multiple data sets into insights to enable effective decision-making
  • Build prototype tools and new ways of modeling People Analytics, including the use of both HR and non-HR data sets (e.g., Finance)
  • Effective project leadership related to Analytics, workforce planning, and employee insights
  • Applying new technology, predictive analytics, and insights into workforce planning, talent & reward management
  • Bring excellence in deployment by teaming up with the global community and be the driver in implementing best practice insights
  • Maintain and develop current analytic visualizations and reports  

Tech stack

  • Client’s toolchain mainly consists of dSPACE tools (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, VEOS, ASM) and Jenkins, Python, and Matlab/Simulink

Requirements

Soft skills

  • You are a game changer: you drive change and innovation by gathering knowledge and resources to ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • You’re a culture champion: you have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders   

Hard skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics or a related field 
  • 2+ years prior work experience supporting Analytics projects
  • 1+ years’ experience working with large sets of HR-related data – including spreadsheets, integrated reports, finance data, etc
  • Advanced Excel (including use of Pivot tables and Macros) 
  • Background in developing custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Microsoft Power Platform certification is a plus
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and PowerBI to drive change and optimization
  • Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
  • Able to visualize and communicate findings clearly to both HR and non-HR audiences
