Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Passion for social media, trends, and the ability to create advertising creatives
- Solid experience working with Figma, and Adobe package
- Understanding of layout principles, HTML, and CSS
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to argue
- English Intermediate or stronger
- Experience in animation / video creation will be a plus

Responsibilities
- Creating designs that align with Newxel’s brand identity and design system.
- Monitoring trends in design, animation, and editing
- Constant analysis of the field: competitors, similar resources.
- Suggestions for improving visual communication.
