Middle/Senior Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Receive new incidents from customers
  • Collect relevant information per the case category, making sure we as Anodot has enough info about the issue so we can act on it till full resolution
  • Use remote access tools for onprem/cloud servers, being able to login using VPN, use SSH, navigate through a Linux server, read/edit configuration files, read application and OS logs, understand the integration between a client and a server
  • Follow instructions to install a package on a Linux server
  • Use our working tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA, Kibana
  • Use Postman or any other RestAPI tool to test our product APIs

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
