We seek a Middle Production Support Engineer for a world-known automotive giant in developing innovative and ecological car technologies, who will play a critical role in supporting the production site and bridging the gap between production and product development.
Responsibilities
- Support the local production site and be the connection between the production site and product development and vice versa in product/design-relate questions/issues
- Establish mock-up/pilots/test assemblies and coordinate the product change implementation on site
- Coordinate process and product changes between the mother plant and receiving plant
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, focusing on product engineering or manufacturing engineering preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry or a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of product development processes, including design, prototyping, and production implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
- The detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex product-related issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation
