Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Appium for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and improve test effectiveness.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist the engineering team in diagnosing and resolving them.
- Enhance and scale existing test automation infrastructure and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of automation practices and reusable code.
- Research and apply new tools, technologies, and trends to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mobile test automation for both Android and iOS using Java and Appium
- Proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, and BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
- Experience with Maven for dependency and project management
- Knowledge of Jenkins or other CI tools for test execution automation
- Familiarity with Docker for environment provisioning and test isolation
- Solid experience with Git and other version control systems
- Strong foundation in mobile application architecture and testing strategies
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
