Join our dynamic team as a Lead Generation Specialist, where your efforts will directly impact our Sales Department’s success in reaching out to potential clients through innovative digital marketing strategies and automated mailing campaigns.

As a Research Specialist, you’ll dive into the exciting world of lead generation, meticulously crafting targeted lists to align with our company’s objectives. Your role involves conducting active research to pinpoint promising leads, ensuring the accuracy of data, and delivering high-quality lists to fuel our outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a related area, preferably in an IT company
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, market research, or a related discipline may be preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase or relevant tools – Must
  • Strong ability to quickly analyse and synthesize complex information
  • Intermediate+ English
  • Experience working with tools like CRM, MS Office, Google Drive, etc.
  • Email communication skills
  • High-organized, self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform research using various sources such as online databases, industry directories, social media platforms, and other relevant resources to identify potential leads
  • Carefully select and curate lead lists based on specific criteria and requirements, ensuring that the leads are highly targeted and aligned with the company goals
  • Verify and validate the gathered information to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the lead lists
  • Focus on identifying leads that are most likely to be interested in the company services, considering the target market, industry trends, and customer profiles
  • Provide the compiled lead lists to other team members or departments involved in the outreach process. Ensure timely delivery and effective communication of the lead information
  • Collaborate with relevant teams or individuals to understand specific lead requirements and gather feedback to improve lead generation strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging lead generation techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the research and lead generation process
