As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in IT and gain hands-on experience in sales while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of experience as an SDR, or you’re eager to learn and excel in this field
- Excellent English, both written and spoken (advanced)
- Proactive position, unstoppable desire to grow professionally and learn new things (after English, this is the main component by which we will choose you)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to approach the general process creatively and contribute your ideas
- Confidently use Google Suit programs for information processing
- Understanding the IT industry and following trends
- Attentive to details and has a high level of responsibility
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Ability to think outside the box
Will be a plus
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Lemlist, Reply, HubSpot, Apollo
- Knowledge of additional languages
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to target companies and individuals to generate Sales Qualified Leads through automated Leadgen
- Engage with outbound/inbound leads through emails, LinkedIn and other communication channels to assess their needs, budget, and buying potential
- Run and control metrics of automated outreach Campaigns by Lemlist and Hubspot
- Schedule and coordinate initial sales appointments, demos, or meetings between qualified leads and our sales team
- Work with answers to convert conversations to meetings for Sales
- Track and manage lead data, activities, and status in CRM systems
