Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR People Partner in a multicultural high-tech environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in creating and setting up metrics
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, manuals, etc
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others and manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively
- Good listener with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations
- Flexible, open-minded individual, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment
- Upper-intermediate level of English
Responsibilities
- Involvement in the whole employee lifecycle (onboarding, 1-2-1, performance evaluation processes, exit interviews, etc.)
- Focus on retention activities
- Working with teams
- Consulting management regarding people management issues, providing solutions
- Participation in HR policies & documentation development
- Taking part in survey development and analysis
- Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture
- Communication across all levels of the company
