We’re looking for an HR People Partner to join our team and help us deliver exceptional HR services to both our clients and tech specialists. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted bridge — aligning business needs with people’s aspirations, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
You’ll build strong relationships, support employee growth and engagement, and foster a culture of trust, care, and transparency. Our unofficial motto? To make clients and talents become addicted to the high-quality Newxel service — and you’ll be one of the key people making that happen.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering or talent management and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Coaching skills to conduct 1:1 meetings and identify client and talents needs
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to align HR practices with business goals
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms or performance management software, Jira
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Upper-intermediate level of English
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for managers and employees, supporting team development, engagement, and performance
- Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, development, and offboarding
- Identify skill gaps and support talent growth through relevant HR initiatives and training programs
- Be the main point of contact for internal clients, aligning their needs with HR solutions and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
- Contribute to local HR policy implementation and alignment with global practices
- Foster a positive work culture through team-building, engagement monitoring, and timely resolution of people-related concerns
