We are seeking a visionary Head of People and Culture to join Newxel and help shape a living, human-centred organization where culture is a core driver of growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our CEO and Strategic Growth Advisor to develop an integrated People system, embed behavioural principles into everyday rituals, and empower our teams to thrive.

Your Mission
- Bring Newxel’s living culture to life: Formalize and embed company values into daily practices, behavioural frameworks, rituals, and learning initiatives that build trust and engagement.
- Build a holistic People system: Improve scalable HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, feedback, career development, offboarding) supported by robust standards, HRIS infrastructure, and knowledge bases.
- Lead HRBP operations and business alignment: Synchronize and empower the HRBP team to deliver consistent, high-impact support to business units and facilitate organizational change.
- Design seamless internal and client-side experiences: Collaborate with client People environments to build integrated, motivating employee journeys.
- Launch internal learning and development programs: Create professional growth initiatives (workshops, simulations, academies) to strengthen functional and leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Implement People analytics and measurement culture: Develop and maintain dashboards (eNPS, retention, HR performance) to monitor the organization’s health and turn insights into meaningful action.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of HR/People leadership experience in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Expertise in HRIS systems (PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar)
- In-depth understanding of full employee lifecycle processes and systems design
- Experience implementing HR analytics frameworks (eNPS, retention, engagement, performance metrics)
- Able to design and deliver workshops, and team learning programs
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
